Resolve Problems Transferring Pictures

If you are having problems transferring pictures from your camera, dock, printer, or card reader, try the suggestions below.

§  All devices. Make sure all batteries are fresh. Make sure all cables are securely connected.

§  Camera. If an error message indicates that no pictures are on the camera, make sure it is turned on.

§  Camera dock or printer dock. Remove the camera from the dock, then securely replace it. Press the dock Transfer button.

§  Photo printer. If printing starts but doesn't complete, press the Transfer button on the printer.

§  Card reader. Use only one slot at a time in a multiple-slot card reader

§  EasyShare software. Make sure the Kodak icon is in the lower-right corner of the desktop. If not, choose Start ® Programs or All Programs ® Kodak ® Kodak EasyShare ® Kodak EasyShare software.

If EasyShare software doesn't open and display the transferred pictures, do the following:

1. Right-click the Kodak icon in the lower-right corner of the desktop.

2. Select Open and click the Add Pictures icon.

3. Select your device from the Select a location list.
