Pictures are not transferred to the computer |
AC adapter or USB cable is not securely connected. |
Check the connections (Connecting to Your Computer). |
Software is not installed. |
Install the software (MACINTOSH OS X Notice). |

There are too many applications running on your computer. |
Close all software applications and try again. |

Camera was removed from the EASYSHARE Camera Dock during picture transfer. |
Replace the camera on the dock and press the Connect button. |

Connect button was not pressed. |
Press the Connect button. |

Light blinks red |
Battery Pack is installed incorrectly. |
Reinstall the Battery Pack (Installing the Battery Pack in the Camera). |
Incorrect battery type |
Charge only a rechargeable battery. |

The Battery Pack or connector pins are damaged. |
Check for damage. |

The camera and Battery Pack have been exposed to very high or low temperatures. |
Slowly return the camera and Battery Pack to room temperature. |

The EASYSHARE Camera Dock insert not properly installed. |
Insert the Dock insert correctly (Installing the Dock Insert). |
