EASYSHARE Camera Dock
Problem Cause Solution

Pictures are not transferred to the computer

AC adapter or USB cable is not securely connected.

Check the connections (Connecting to Your Computer).

Software is not installed.

Install the software (MACINTOSH OS X Notice).

There are too many applications running on your computer.

Close all software applications and try again.

Camera was removed from the EASYSHARE Camera Dock during picture transfer.

Replace the camera on the dock and press the Connect button.

Connect button was not pressed.

Press the Connect button.

EASYSHARE Camera Dock indicator light
Light Status Cause Solution

Light glows steady green

Camera is docked.

The camera and EASYSHARE Camera Dock are operating normally.

Light glows steady red

EASYSHARE Camera Dock is charging Battery Pack.

Light blinks green

Connection (USB) between the computer and the EASYSHARE Camera Dock is active.

Light blinks red

Battery Pack is installed incorrectly.

Reinstall the Battery Pack (Installing the Battery Pack in the Camera).

Incorrect battery type

Charge only a rechargeable battery.

The Battery Pack or connector pins are damaged.

Check for damage.

The camera and Battery Pack have been exposed to very high or low temperatures.

Slowly return the camera and Battery Pack to room temperature.

The EASYSHARE Camera Dock insert not properly installed.

Insert the Dock insert correctly (Installing the Dock Insert).
