Direct printing problems
Status | Cause | Solution |

Camera or printer display an error message. |
There is a camera or printer issue. |
Follow the prompts to resolve the issue. (The camera screen may display error messages for the printer. See the printer user guide, if applicable.) |
Cannot locate desired picture.

The Mode dial is set to Favorites. |
Turn off the camera, then turn the Mode dial to Auto. |
Camera is not accessing the storage location for that picture. |
Use the Direct print menu to change the image storage location (internal memory, card, or Favorites). |

The Direct print menu interface turns off. |
The menu interface has timed out. |
Press any button to redisplay it. |
Cannot print pictures. |
There is a connection issue. |
Ensure the connection between camera and printer (Direct printing with a PictBridge printer). |
There is a power issue. |
Ensure the printer and camera have power (Direct printing with a PictBridge printer). |
