6 Troubleshooting

If...	Try one or more of the following
The computer does not communicate with the camera.	Visit www.kodak.com/go/c713support or www.kodak.com/go/c813support. Turn on the camera (see Turning on the camera). Install new batteries (see Loading the battery) or charge rechargeable batteries. Connect the USB cable to camera and computer port (see Transferring pictures with the USB cable). Install the software (see Installing the software). Disconnect the USB cable. Close all software applications. Re-install the software (see Installing the software). Disconnect camera from the computer. Close all software applications, reconnect camera.
Cannot transfer pictures. (The Add New Hardware Wizard cannot locate drivers.)	Disconnect the USB cable. (If using camera dock or printer dock, disconnect cable and remove camera from dock). Close all open applications. Re-install the software (see Installing the software). Disconnect the USB cable. Close all software applications. Re-install the software (see Installing the software).

If...
