Add Picture Captions

Add personalized descriptions to your pictures/videos. Captions can contain up to 250 characters.

My Collection - Thumbnails View

Click below the picture, then type a caption.

§ Advance to next picture. Press Tab.

§ Return to previous caption. Press Shift+Tab.

§ Close the text box. Press Enter.

Full Screen, Details View, and Properties Window

Click in the Caption text field, then type a caption.

Edit/Delete Captions

§ Edit a caption. Highlight the text, then make your changes.

§ Delete a caption. Highlight the text, then press Delete.

Note: Captions are included in most pictures' file properties so they appear with the picture in any application that checks the properties (for example, Microsoft Windows Photo Gallery, in the Windows Vista operating system).
