Troubleshooting—Camera Dock 6000
Problem | Cause | Solution |

Cannot transfer pictures to the computer. |
Software is not installed. |
Disconnect USB cable and remove camera from dock. Install EasyShare software (Install the Software). |
Software is installed incorrectly. |
Disconnect the USB cable and remove camera from dock. Close all open applications. Uninstall, then re-install the software (Install the Software). To uninstall, go to Start/Settings/ Control Panel/Add/Remove Programs. |

USB cable was connected during software installation. Camera is listed as an unknown device (PC only). |
Disconnect the USB cable and remove camera from dock. Delete camera from Device Manager: Right-click on My Computer, go to Properties/ Hardware/Device Manager/Other Devices/ (delete this entry— ?Kodak ES camera) |

AC adapter or USB cable is not securely connected. |
Check the connections (Connecting the Camera Dock 6000). |

Too many applications running on computer. |
Close all software applications and try again. |

Camera was removed from the camera dock during picture transfer. |
Replace the camera on the camera dock and press the Transfer button. |
