Putting Yourself in the Video
The Self Timer creates a 10-second delay between the time you press the Shutter button and the time video recording begins.

In Video mode
, press the Menu button. |

Press
to highlight the Self Timer icon , then press the OK button. |

Highlight On, then press the OK button.

Highlight an option, then press the OK button:

Place the camera on a flat surface or use a tripod.

6.
Compose the scene.
Press the Shutter button completely down, then move so that you are in the scene. The Self Timer/Video light blinks slowly for 8 seconds (then quickly for 2 seconds) before the video begins recording. The light stays on while recording. The Self Timer turns off after you record the video, change modes, or turn off the camera. |
