7 Connecting to the Computer
Connecting to the Computer
You can transfer your pictures from the camera to the computer using either the camera alone or the optional Kodak EasyShare camera dock or camera dock II. See Connecting the Camera Dock for connecting with a camera dock.
Transferring Pictures With the USB Cable

Turn off the camera.

Plug the other end of the USB cable into the labeled USB port on the camera.

Turn on the camera to begin transferring.
Kodak EasyShare software opens on your computer and prompts you through the transfer process. |
An optional AC adapter is available for your camera; it saves battery power when transferring pictures (see Optional AC Adapter).
