2 Taking pictures and videos

Using the AF frame

The AF frame appears on the camera screen indicating the area of focus.

NOTE:

This procedure does not apply to videos.

1. Press the Shutter button halfway down and hold.

   The AF frame turns from red to green when the subject is in focus.
   
   

   NOTE:

   If the camera is not focusing on the desired subject, the AF frame turns red. Recompose the scene and repeat the previous Step.

   
   

2. Press the Shutter button completely down to take the picture.

NOTE:

The AF frame does not appear when Focus is set to Inf.
