Direct printing (PictBridge enabled printer) problems

Status Solution

You cannot locate the desired picture.

  • Turn on the picture viewer.

  • Ensure that the file formats on the picture card are JPEG.

The Direct print menu turns off.

Press any button to redisplay the menu.

You cannot print pictures.

  • Ensure that the picture viewer and the printer are connected (Loading pictures from your computer).

  • Ensure that the printer and picture viewer have power.

  • Ensure that the printer has paper and displays no error messages.

The picture viewer or the printer displays an error message.

Follow the prompts to resolve the issue.
