Kodak EasyShare C653/C623 zoom digital camera — User's guide

The computer does not communicate with the camera.

• Visit www.kodak.com/go/c653support or www.kodak.com/go/c623support .

• Turn on the camera ( Turning on the camera ).

• Install new batteries ( Loading the battery ) or charge rechargeable batteries.

• Connect cable to camera and computer port ( Transferring pictures with the USB cable ).

• Install the software ( Installing the software ).

• Disconnect the USB cable. Close all open applications. Re-install the software ( Installing the software ).

• Disconnect camera from the computer. Close all software applications, reconnect camera.

Cannot transfer pictures.

(The Add New Hardware Wizard cannot locate drivers.)

• Disconnect USB cable. (If using camera dock or printer dock, disconnect cable and remove camera from dock). Close all open applications. Re-install the software ( Installing the software ).

• Disconnect the USB cable. Close all open applications. Re-install the software ( Transferring pictures with the USB cable ).
