No images to display

• Change image storage location setting ( ).

Memory card requires formatting

• Insert a new card (see Storing pictures on an SD/SDHC card) or format the card ( ).

  Caution: Formatting a card deletes all pictures and videos, including protected files.

Memory card cannot be read (Please format memory card or insert another card)

Only one USB connection allowed.

Disconnect cable or rem. (remove) camera from dock.

• Unplug the USB cable from the camera.

• Remove the camera from the dock.

Internal memory requires formatting

• Format the internal memory ( ).

  Caution: Formatting deletes all pictures and videos, including protected files. (Formatting internal memory also deletes email addresses, album names, and Favorites. To restore them, see the Kodak EasyShare software Help.)

Internal memory cannot be read (Please format internal memory)

No memory card (Files not copied)

• Insert a certified SD or SDHC card (see Storing pictures on an SD/SDHC card).

  NOTE:

  MMC and write-once SD cards are not supported.

  
  

Not enough space to copy files (Files not copied)

• Delete pictures from the image storage location you are copying to (see Deleting pictures/videos), or insert a new card (see Storing pictures on an SD/SDHC card).

Memory card is locked (Insert new memory card)

• Insert a new card (see Storing pictures on an SD/SDHC card), move the switch on the card to unlock the card, or change the image storage location to internal memory ( ).

Memory card is unusable (Insert new memory card)

• Insert a new card (see Storing pictures on an SD/SDHC card) or format the card ( ).

  NOTE:

  MMC and write-once SD cards are not supported.

Date and time have been reset

• Reset the clock (see Setting the language, date/time).

No address book on camera (Connect with computer to import address book)

• Create and copy address book from computer. See the Kodak EasyShare software Help.

No album names on camera (Connect with computer to import album names)

• Create and copy album names from computer. See the Kodak EasyShare software Help.

High camera temperature. (Camera will be turned off.)

• Leave the camera off for 10 minutes, then turn it back on.

Unrecognized file format

• Transfer the picture to the computer (see Transferring pictures with the USB cable), or delete it (see Deleting pictures/videos).

Camera error #XXXX.

• Turn camera off, then back on. If the message reappears, visit www.kodak.com/go/m1073support and select Interactive Troubleshooting & Repairs.
