Kodak EasyShare C1013/CD1013 digital camera — Extended user guide

The computer does not communicate with the camera.

• Visit www.kodak.com/go/c1013support. www.kodak.com/go/cd1013support.

• Turn on the camera (see Turning on the camera).

• Install new batteries (see Loading the battery) or charge rechargeable batteries.

• Connect the USB cable to camera and computer port (see Transferring pictures with the USB cable).

• Install the software (see Installing the software).

• Disconnect the USB cable. Close all software applications. Re-install the software (see Installing the software).

• Disconnect camera from the computer. Close all software applications, reconnect camera.

Cannot transfer pictures.

(The Add New Hardware Wizard cannot locate drivers.)

• Disconnect the USB cable. (If using camera dock or printer dock, disconnect cable and remove camera from dock). Close all open applications. Re-install the software (see Installing the software).

• Disconnect the USB cable. Close all software applications. Re-install the software (see Installing the software).
