3 Troubleshooting and support

Error icon and meaning		Try one or more of the following
	Card/device empty	Insert a different card or device with pictures (Connecting a USB device).
	Card/device unreadable or corrupt
	File bad	See Digital frame specifications for supported file formats.
	Unknown error.	Turn off the frame, then turn it back on. If the problem persists, contact customer support help at www.kodak.com/go/digitalframesupport.
