Camera Dock Problems

Camera Dock
Problem Cause Solution

Pictures are not transferred to the computer

AC adapter or USB cable is not securely connected.

Check the connections (Connecting the Camera Dock).

Software is not installed.

Install the software (Installing the Software).

Too many applications running on computer.

Close all software applications and try again.

Camera was removed from the Camera Dock during picture transfer.

Replace the camera on the Camera Dock and press the Connect button.

Connect button was not pressed.

Press the Connect button.

Camera Dock Lights

Steady Green

The camera is seated in the Camera Dock, connected to AC power, and battery is not charging.

Blinking Green

Pictures and videos are being transferred to the computer.

Steady Red

The battery is charging.

Blinking Red

The battery is not properly installed. Reinstall the battery (Loading the Battery).

The battery or connector pins are damaged. Check for damage.

The camera and battery have been exposed to very high or low temperatures. Slowly return the camera and battery to room temperature.

No Lights

Camera is not properly seated in Camera Dock. Remove the camera and re-seat it (Docking the Camera).

There is no power. Plug the Camera Dock into AC power. (Connecting the Camera Dock).

The battery is not properly installed. Reinstall the battery (Loading the Battery).
