Camera Dock Problems

Problem | Cause | Solution |
Pictures are not transferred to the computer |
AC adapter or USB cable is not securely connected. |
Check the connections (Connecting the Camera Dock). |
Software is not installed. |
Install the software (Installing the Software). |

Too many applications running on computer. |
Close all software applications and try again. |

Camera was removed from the Camera Dock during picture transfer. |
Replace the camera on the Camera Dock and press the Connect button. |

Connect button was not pressed. |
Press the Connect button. |
Camera Dock Light Status

Steady Green |
The camera is seated in the Camera Dock, connected to AC power, and battery is not charging. |
Blinking Green |
Pictures and videos are being transferred to the computer. |
Steady Red |
The battery is charging. |
Blinking Red |
The battery is not properly installed. Reinstall the battery (Loading the Battery). |
The battery or connector pins are damaged. Check for damage. |

The camera and battery have been exposed to very high or low temperatures. Slowly return the camera and battery to room temperature. |
|
No Lights |
Camera is not properly seated in Camera Dock. Remove the camera and re-seat it (Docking the Camera). |
There is no power. Plug the Camera Dock into AC power. (Connecting the Camera Dock). |

The battery is not properly installed. Reinstall the battery (Loading the Battery). |
