Connecting with Wi-Fi Direct™

NOTE: Wi-Fi Direct is a feature that is only on the ESP 3.2s All-in-One Printer (printer availability varies by country).

Your ESP 3.2s All-in-One Printer can be set up to host a Wi-Fi Direct network so you can connect mobile devices and computers* without using a router. With Wi-Fi Direct, your printer works as an access point so you can:

  • print from your mobile device using KODAK Pic Flick App.

  • print or scan from your computer with WINDOWS OS or MAC OS (with the necessary drivers installed).

  • access the Online Printer Management Tool.

IMPORTANT: For best results, use your device within 5 m / 16.4 ft of your printer. Check that there are no obstructions between your device and printer.

Wi-Fi Direct does not have Internet access. For full printer functionality,[dagger] connect your printer to your wireless network (see Connecting to a wireless network). Your printer can be connected to your wireless network and have Wi-Fi Direct enabled at the same time.
