Pictures are not transferred to the computer |
AC adapter or USB cable is not securely connected. |
Check the connections (Connecting the Camera Dock). |
Software is not installed. |
Install the software (Install the Software). |

There are too many applications running on your computer. |
Close all software applications and try again. |

Camera was removed from the Camera Dock during picture transfer. |
Replace the camera on the Camera Dock and press the Connect button. |

Light glows steady green |
Camera is docked. |
The camera and Camera Dock are operating normally. |
Light glows steady red |
Camera Dock is charging Battery Pack. |

Light blinks green |
Connection (USB) between the computer and the Camera Dock is active. |

Light blinks red |
Battery Pack is installed incorrectly. |
Reinstall the Battery Pack (Installing the Battery Pack in the Camera). |
The Battery Pack or connector pins are damaged. |
Check for damage. |
|
The camera and Battery Pack have been exposed to very high or low temperatures. |
Slowly return the camera and Battery Pack to room temperature. |
