Camera Dock II Problems
Camera Dock | ||

Problem | Cause | Solution |
Pictures are not transferred to the computer |
AC adapter or USB cable is not securely connected. |
Check the connections (Connecting the Camera Dock). |
Software is not installed. |
Install the software (WINDOWS System Requirements ). |

Computer needs to be restarted. |
Restart the computer and try again. |

Camera was removed from the Camera Dock during picture transfer. |
Replace the camera on the Camera Dock and press the Connect button. |

Connect button was not pressed. |
Press the Connect button. |

Pictures and videos are being transferred to the computer. |

Remove the camera and re-seat it (Docking the Camera). |

Charging has not started. |
The camera is not seated in the Camera Dock (Docking the Camera). Camera is turned on. Turn off to begin charging. Battery in camera is not a KODAK EASYSHARE Ni-MH Rechargeable Battery Pack. |
One green light |
Battery is low. |
The camera is charging. |
Two green lights |
Battery is partially charged. |

Three green lights |
Battery is fully charged. |
Charging resumes when necessary. |
Camera Dock Error Light | ||

Battery Pack is installed incorrectly. |
Reinstall the Battery Pack (Installing the Battery Pack in the Camera). |
The Battery Pack or connector pins are damaged. |
Check for damage. |

The camera and Battery Pack have been exposed to very high or low temperatures. |
Slowly return the camera and Battery Pack to room temperature. |
