  • There is no online Kodak picture service in the region.

  • A firewall is blocking the camera from accessing Internet.

  • The proxy setting on the camera is incorrect (if required).

  • The Enable Wireless Connection option in EasyShare software is not checked. Click the Help button in the Kodak EasyShare software for details.

  • EasyShare software is not running. Open EasyShare software. Once open, you may close the active session, however make sure the Kodak logo appears in your system tray.

  • EasyShare software is not installed. Load the EasyShare software CD that came with the camera or download from the Web (www.kodak.com/go/easysharesw).

  • The camera is connected to the wrong wireless router using the same setting.

  • The EasyShare software is an older version that doesn't support wireless service. Load the software CD that came with the camera, or download the latest software from the Web (www.kodak.com/go/easysharesw).
