Camera Dock
Problem Cause Solution

Pictures are not transferred to the computer

The AC adapter or USB cable is not securely connected.

Check the connections (Connecting the Dock).

Software is not installed.

Install the software (MACINTOSH OS X Notice).

Too many applications are running on your computer.

Close all software applications and try again.

The camera was removed from the Camera Dock during picture transfer.

Replace the camera on the Camera Dock and press the Connect button.

The Connect button was not pressed.

Press the Connect button.

Light Status Cause Solution

The light glows steady green

The camera is docked.

The camera and Camera Dock are operating normally.

The light glows steady red

The camera Dock is charging battery.

The light blinks green

The connection (USB) between the computer and the Camera Dock is active.

The light blinks red

The battery is installed incorrectly.

Reinstall the battery (Loading the Camera Battery).

The battery or connector pins are damaged.

Check for damage.

The camera and battery have been exposed to very high or low temperatures.

Slowly return the camera and battery to room temperature.
