Problem | Cause | Solution |
Pictures are not transferred to the computer |
The AC adapter or USB cable is not securely connected. |
Check the connections (Connecting the Dock). |
Software is not installed. |
Install the software (MACINTOSH OS X Notice). |

Too many applications are running on your computer. |
Close all software applications and try again. |

The camera was removed from the Camera Dock during picture transfer. |
Replace the camera on the Camera Dock and press the Connect button. |

The Connect button was not pressed. |
Press the Connect button. |

The connection (USB) between the computer and the Camera Dock is active. |

The battery is installed incorrectly. |
Reinstall the battery (Loading the Camera Battery). |
The battery or connector pins are damaged. |
Check for damage. |

The camera and battery have been exposed to very high or low temperatures. |
Slowly return the camera and battery to room temperature. |
