Cartridge depleted or uninstalled. |
Load new cartridge (Loading paper into the tray), then press On/Off button. |

Cartridge incorrectly loaded or seated. |
Remove and re-load cartridge (Loading paper into the tray), then press On/Off button. |

Light blinks
|
Light blinks concurrently with Paper light: corrupt or invalid image file. |

Light blinks alternating with Paper light: incorrect cartridge and/or paper loaded. |

Paper tray empty. |
Load paper, then press On/Off button. |

Paper tray not loaded or improperly loaded. |
Remove Paper tray, check that paper is properly loaded, and re-load. Press On/Off button to resume printing. |

Paper did not feed; removable tabs may be missing or sheets may be stuck together. |
Check paper supply. Reload with new paper, then press On/Off button. |

Paper-feed roller may be dirty. |
Clean roller. |

Light blinks
|
Paper jam. |
Clear jam, then press On/Off button. |
||
Printing stopped during mid-print; paper may be damaged or missing removable tabs. |
Remove loose paper. Check the paper supply. Reload with new paper, then press On/Off button. |
