Problem Cause Action/Solution

Cannot transfer pictures to the computer.

The Transfer button was not pressed.

Press the Transfer button.

The AC power adapter or USB cable is not securely connected.

Check the connections (Connecting to a Computer) and try again.

The camera is not properly seated.

Place the camera on the printer dock (Docking and Charging the Camera) or readjust the camera placement.

The camera was removed from the printer dock during picture transfer.

Replace the camera on the printer dock (Docking and Charging the Camera) and try again.

There are too many applications running on your computer.

Close all software applications and try again.

The software is not fully or correctly installed on the computer.

  1. Disconnect the USB cable from the printer dock.

  2. Close all software applications.

  3. Uninstall the software (Installing the Software).

  4. Re-install the Kodak EasyShare printer dock software (Installing the Software).

  5. Reconnect the USB cable to the printer dock (Connecting to a Computer).
