6 Troubleshooting and support

If...	Try one or more of the following
Cannot copy pictures to my computer.	Make sure your computer is on. Make sure the USB cable is securely connected (Connecting to your computer). Make sure the power switch on the frame is On (Turning on the frame).
Cannot see my frame as a removable drive.
Cannot copy pictures from Kodak EasyShare software.	Make sure your frame and computer are on. Make sure the USB cable is securely connected (Connecting to your computer). Make sure you have installed the latest version of EasyShare software (Installing the software). From My Collection in EasyShare software, make sure the pictures are in the Picture Tray.
